Panda Buffet in Salt Lake City

Had a good experience here with my kid. The food arrives fast and the service is just excellent. Prices are reasonable.

My most affordable restaurant in town. Nice decent foods with varieties of desserts. I like lt very much.

The only thing good here is the potstickers. The General's chicken tastes like week old chicken fried rice is frozen packaged and then steamed hot. All around avoid this place

It is a very quiet place to eat and very accessible. It is not expensive and there is not much traffic

Open on New Year's Day, but it was bad. The food was warm on the buffet, and it made my Mom and I queasy. Lots of seafood which my Mom doesn't like. Some of the chicken seems to have been cooked with the seafood. Definitely will NOT be coming back when I come to visit.

This restaurant is obviously one of the finest place to eat in the area. Every time I come there I am truly satisfied. They always keep their high level service and the topmost level of food they provide. You can never go wrong with this place. Warmly recommended.

Worst food ever 90% day old!! Staff super rude! Save your money and go eat somewhere else

It's alright, but not at all Chinese food. There were a fee items but the best thing was those salty fried chicken. Everthing was old tastings and I'm sure the people working there don't really care. I'll try again during peak hours. Not sure it will become a regular.

The 3 star rating is pretty spot on for this establishment. The food is hot when in the lunch rush and there are plenty of people in the area that come here willingly, despite there being more options around. I WOULDN'T say this was terrible or the worst place I've ever been to either. At the time of my arrival around 12pm on a friday there were families coming to eat, business men and refinery type of people so they definitely get business here for lunch rush. The food tastes great and I dont think I could complain about any of that. The selection was around 4 islands of hot food and 1 of them being a desert one. I'd say if you're tired of the same old stuff try it out. I'd bring a blanket and a pillow for afterwords so you could sleep in your car lol, I know I was tired after eating there.

Food was great, fresh, and service was decent. The guy working the cash register seemed a little mad, but he might've been having a bad day.. Overall, better than I expected..

This is my favorite buffet in Salt Lake County. The wait staff is very nice. It doesn't have the biggest selection, but everything it has is really good. I love the deep fried whole prawns. This is one of very few places that has never upset my brother's stomach even when he's having problems so I know that the food is fresh and healthy. During the week they often have whole tour buses eat there which means food gets replaced even faster.

This is a nice buffet, has alot of seafood, and 2 kinds of sushi. Also pork and chicken. The waitresses are nice and friendly, prompt service. Clean nice place.

Panda Buffet really has excellent service and amazing food!

I normally love buffets but after spending the entire day in the ER after visiting with food poisoning. Definitely wouldn't wish that on anyone else. Check your food temps and make sure you are not mixing old food with new food. I personally saw one of your staff members do that while I was there with chicken stick things. You could really harm someone. Hopefully you'll fix this and get better with it in the future. I will never be back... This turned into a very expensive night out.

A nice cozy Chinese buffet, pretty quiet atmosphere compared to other buffets. Nothing fancy, just your typical offerings, but it hits the spot!

This was such a great place! Excellent value for money, fabulous for picky kids and a wide variety of Chinese favourites. One of my fave places I’ve eaten at for a while

I dont like this place ..one of the employee is rude and never smile she looks scary and angry all the time..food is no good looks old and the place is not clean

It's so so....not great but filling with a good selection. The price is the most enticing thing about this place. If it wasn't cheap for all you can eat, I'm afraid they'd be closing their doors.

Worst buffet ever, two of us got food poisoned.they don’t know what meat they have in dumplings pork or chicken and no one knows, I asked cause I don’t eat pork. And they force you to pay tips before you get service! NOT Recommended. Unless if you like 12$ and not even tasty food and bad service buffet

Great food but only go during dinner because they don't have their best dish, honey walnut shrimp. I could literally die for this food. It's all I eat except for their egg drop soup (I recommend adding salt)

We went right before close and they were very nice workers! If we wanted something they would bring it out, and there were still quite a bit of options! They also have soft serve ice cream which was a plus. Food was yummy!

The food had no flavor at all. Service was very poor. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Came home and I feel sick, think I got food poisoning. It seems very run down, they are just going through the motions, who ever is cooking for them is just warming things up. It's cheap for a reason, pay 1 or 2 dollars more somewhere else and get a good meal. If I could give them no stars I would.

The food was standard as to be expected. The sweet and sour sauce was delicious. The seafood was standard. Everything was going great for our families first time until... The bathroom. My mother in law and daughter came out mortified! The place was worse than a wet dumpster. Apparently " it was so filthy the hand soap dispenser was to disgusting to even touch. The smell was nauseating. Yikes.. Eat at your own risk.

Friendly staff, decent tasting food, and affordable buffet. This was my first time there and i had a good experience with a group of friends. They have sushi, lots of chinese entres, and also soup and american entres.

I've been here many times. it's close by. However I have learned to go early evening when dinner begins because as it gets later the quality and Things available go down.. I like the staff.The bathrooms are scary thou.

Food is always pretty good! Service is constitantly bad and the outside looks like its been closed for months. But if you dont need a drink refill or plates cleared from your table its worth the $12 entry price.

It was horrid. The restaurant was filthy. The buffet bar was dirty and empty. Few patrons so very little excuse. The food that was edible was cold and tasted dry with zero taste. The employees were so nice thou. They really we're.

I'm a casual and they expect me to leave a tip everytime i go. They were angry that i dont leave tips. They think o have lots of money for them. Their service is not good at all. I don't give tips if the service isn't good. I only go there for their food. Its the only good thing about the place. Probably going to stop going there alot and only go once or twice a month.

I like this restaurant! They offer splendid dishes, their menu is varied, The chief cook in that place is a specialist, I love very much tasting all their food. The food is always of high qualtity, the attitude towards the customers is nice. I often go to this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.

Panda buffet is delicious. It's definitely my favorite Chinese buffet that I have tried in Utah. The food is very good with a lot of flavor. The restaurant is kept pretty clean.

The food was okay, not amazing. It was a little pricey for lunch, especially considering it wasn't my favorite. There were a few items I enjoyed.

Minus 1star for making me feel go when people start pouring the place, then another less star for food. Food was not perfect but good, not so much of a selection but enough to make u full, place needs some cleaning specialy the walls and window. Paid 11.50 with drinks for dinner

VERY Nice! Price was fair, food was really yummy, and we ate A LOT lol good value. No stomach problems lol what else can you ask from a random Chinese buffet? Thumbs up
